FACILITY COORDINATOR

Clearwater County is accepting applications for a full time Facility Coordinator. Other related duties include the maintenance of all municipal buildings, budgeting, and the supervision of the custodial services. The successful applicant will have a background in facility maintenance and excellent communication/public relations skills. A valid Class 5 operator’s license and good driving record are required. Applicants shall provide a current driver’s abstract. The successful applicant shall provide a current criminal records check.

TENDER - GRADER MAINTENANCE

Clearwater County invites tenders from parties interested in performing motor grader maintenance on municipal roads as identified in the tender package. This tender package can be picked up at Clearwater County office located at 4340 – 47 Avenue Rocky Mountain House, Alberta. The tender submitted shall be by the hour for a five (5) year term, for the supply and operation of a suitably equipped motor grader.

One (1) beat is available. Beat 507 is approximately 212.1 kms in length and is northeast of Rocky Mountain House. This beat will require summer and winter maintenance as deemed necessary.

All tenders are to be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Beat Tender” no later than 12:00 noon, Tuesday, September 21, 2010.
